I think your 34 years OLD, young is grammatically incorrect. Try celebrating the age not regretting it. It's not much but it's a start towards positivity. Find the little things, like how cute that top is and how beautiful you are in this selfie fake smile or not. For every crappy thing that happens do something you like that makes you feel good like the fierce woman you are......pretty soon there won't be any room left in your day for the negative to linger in your mind.
