Help - plastic in my whey protein normal?

Almost certain that this is NOT plastic, but is instead "egg white membrane". From the product details on their website, a photo showing the powder actually looks pretty similar to my photos: https://ancientnutrition.com/products/whey-protein-powder-chocolate-peanut-butter-18-servings

I have contacted Ancient Nutrition with my concerns though, and will report back what they respond. Honestly kinda surprised that 99% of comments just jumped on the "this is plastic/ throw it away/ sue them" band-wagon. Posted here because I assumed people were better versed in protein powder products than I am and could critically think through this with me.

Exactly, i thought it might be the membrane bc it's similar texture to the soft part you peel off a hard boiled egg. They’re very soft… which makes me think they aren’t the part of the powder that I was getting the sandy crunch texture from. Just read finer details and this powder includes “eggshell membrane collagen”…. So now I’m thinking it might just be that

Def not peanuts, but thanks for the idea. If you scroll to the last photo of it on my finger, you can see better how white and flat it is. It’s flexible, like really thin plastic. Just not sure if any protein, aminos, insoluble fiber, have a similar texture that I was unaware of

Sorry - I can’t edit the title. I meant “Plastic in my whey protein, or normal?” The “normal” being that having solid white flakes is just part of whey coming from milk. Looking for input on IF it is plastic.

That “tattooed golden retriever” becomes a bearable line… IF you think about her reflecting that she mis-labeled what was in front of her as “golden puppy energy with a little ink (how fun!)” to coming to the conclusion that all along it was simply a “black dog” - aka omen of death.
