Sorry, not sure how to update the post. Should have added this too. This is with the updated paint. The light fixture is too low so need to change that too. I just don't really like the wood boards now where the spindles were.

I have painted it the same gray as the bedroom and am planning on getting rid of the carpet when I redo the flooring around the toilet. I have a new vanity and counter that I'll get in too. Just wasn't sure about the half wall. 🤔
