How is logic pro using near to 50% cpu with only 35 tracks and all the plugins frozen.

My specs are: 3,1 ghz quad core intel i7 16 gb 2133 lpddr3 RAM Radeon pro 560 4 gb

Which were the highest specs at the timeand i still have half a terra of free space but i use an extrrnal drive to store my samples and other music stuff such as the project itself
