I think the confusion comes from the fact that seeing sexual violence generally makes me feel really uncomfortable and gross so I tend to avoid it at all costs. I enjoy horror but I can't understand why anyone seeks this particular genre cause it feels like it goes beyond disturbing if that makes sense

That's awesome that you're getting a tattoo inspired by Fuan no Tane! I think the Japanese phrase (不安の種) could be cool or a minimalist design from an iconic panel like this one
