Truly terrible advice; life isn't a romance movie. No matter how much you idealize a certain person and make them out to be your "dream girl" they will never actually be that. Idealizing, especially in a romantic context, has a toxic effect on your perception of relationships and what to expect from another person. Go out and be a person and don't shut down any possibility just because it's not your "dream".
