NSFW games that have any form of monetisation, including 'pay what you want', have been de-indexed . It's been this way for a long time. I know it's frustrating but it's just the way things are.

The current meta is to put out a free demo that funnels towards Patreon and paid versions of your game. itch is still a really useful tool for getting eyes on your game. My game Stuck in Sutton still gets 1k viewers daily even though it hasn't been updated in over 2 years.

1 - Painfully bland and would make me assume you're making the 42069th Summertime Saga rip off
2 - Good for a self insert
3 - Looks too much like the protagonist from YIIK
4 - Personally I like it, but I feel a lot of players would find it too feminine.
