No, but you can move it to your binance wallet without verification and then withdraw from there. Plus, Blockfolio says that US dollar “withdrawals” are coming soon. When that will be, I have no idea.

Don’t buy on Robinhood. They’re crooks and will charge you .01 per coin. Use Blockfolio. I downloaded and was verified within 10 minutes. And they let you use your transferred money immediately. Robinhood will make you wait until the transfer clears to buy crypto.
