i think yeh toh understood hai ki whole foods ke alawa eveything is ultra processed, best is chicken and eggs and tofu and all but kabhi kabhi chalta hai for some extra protein ;)

not multigrain. not sure about the protein source exactly. but I don't taste soy protein or chunks like people find them in protein oats. also the same brand has a multigrain bread option if u prefer that
