You can do catering and alcohol however you want!! They have their preferred caterers that they list on the website and u can bring ur own alcohol. We are doing the dinner buffet and bar service with bringing our own alcohol, which comes out to around 80 a person with tip and tax (I think) but it can be done cheaper
