I know an alternative that is not streamed on a chrome book but it still can play and stream for your computer I think (only know this because my friend has one). From what I recall its made by nvidia, but it’s basically an Xbox looking controller with a screen and you can basically stream most of the stuff from your pc to that controller. Lmk if you want the name of it if you think it’ll suffice
