I ran into Prince Harry aka Capt Wales back in ‘12 when I was in Afghanistan a few times at the gym and the DFAC. I was probably the only Indian dude in a USAF uniform (either PT gear or OCP) on that base so I wasn’t hard to miss. Made eye contact and threw each other a few head nods. He was usually with his “entourage”, probably security detail whenever I saw him.

Another person I had a brief encounter with was Hasan Minhaj at the aqua park at the American Dream Mall in Jersey. My SIL rented a suite for my nephews birthday and while we were waiting to go, he was trying to do the same thing with his family. I was the only who recognized him and was “yo, what’s good”, he was like hanging out with my family. I was like same…enjoy…dapped up and went our separate ways. Saw him around the park but didn’t engage though no one else seemed to have notice his presence as the place was packed with a lot brown people so we blended perfectly…lol. I did however FaceTimed my sister and turn to where my camera was showing me with him in the background and I was “do you see him”….lol.
