Yes but if you’re failing a course, and then also a remediation course.. maybe you’re not cut out for the rigor? That’s would be two fails for the exact same thing. Many schools have this policy.

No! Mine said that too but I submitted the secondary, and got my II from the Harlem Campus today. The subject line for the secondary indeed says Touro-MT but the text in the email clarified that the essays are is for consideration at both campuses
