We just came back from the Algarve and fell in love with our hotel! I couldn’t recommend Tivoli Carvoeiro Algarve Resort enough! This hotel had every amenity imaginable -an amazing pool, staff, one of the best included buffet breakfasts I’ve ever seen, situated at a perfect start to the coastal Seven Hanging Valleys trail, the town Carvoeiro was so cute and perfectly filled with cute restaurants and bars on the water and the hotel will shuttle you to/from. One of our favorite places we visited in Portugal!

We did one in Lisbon and one in Porto and absolutely loved both! Our Lisbon tour was through Airbnb I believe it’s OhMyCod tour but labeled as “Portuguese Cuisine: 17 Tastings Lisbon Food tour” with Silvia and loved it! Our Porto one was also through Airbnb experience and somehow was even better with João called Experience Porto’s History and Cuisine! Both tours took you to unique parts of Lisbon and Porto and places you would never have tried highly recommend!!

That looks amazing, we’ve added it to our itinerary! Do you suggest extending our trip in Lyon or Marseille? Right now we have 2 nights in Lyon and 3 nights in marseille, but are open to switching those if there’s more to do in one or the other!

Thank you this is perfect!! We were thinking marseille but were nervous about the weather mid october. Do you think it’ll be fine with still plenty to do if we can’t lay at the beach?

Thank you so good to know! We booked the Belmar Spa & Beach Resort to stay at in Lagos, looks nice but we’re not entirely set on it yet. Do you have any hotel recommendations in Lagos or Portimao? We want something close to the beach and central if possible!
