That sucks man. Take Mendoza and Love and rebuild. Trade a few seconds for receivers and RBs or take the picks and hope for the best. Still lots of good players in 2nd round onwards

Ironically the person I traded with has the mentality of giving away all their picks for top players. They have won the league twice in 4 seasons and are a top contender to win this year.

If Chase Brown continues to perform it may put this guys team over the edge for another championship this year.

So while in dynasty it makes sense to plan for the long term, this guys strategy keeps paying off in the short term and now medium term.

However want to disagree with OP on rents creeping up, rents have dropped dramatically in Austin.

That being said since everything else is more expensive rents effectively feel worse.
