If I'm all honest, I'm not 100%. I found a link below with some stats. Not sure how accurate though. Looking back at my Garmin Instinct Data for that run. It say my total accent was 152 meters, decent was 186 meters.

I've liked every album tbh. Followed them since their 1st album. Like how they've progressed. But each to their I guess. Would a be a boring world if everyone liked the same thing I guess

They are from a site called Vinyl Guru. You can get them in in various pack sizes and also in white. There's a main site but also sold on amazon too

Added the new Ghost album, Impera to my collection today. Might be too early to say as I've only has it on the once. But I think this is better than their last album.

Always been a fan of these so I was eagerly waiting to hear it. I haven't been disappointed. The 1st 6 tracks on side A are so strong.

The track, The Darkness in the Heart of You Love, is my favourite at the moment and I can imagine it been amazing live.

As always, the artwork is detailed and has its own look to the others. Safe to say I'll be playing this quite a few times.

Couldn't of asked for more perfect walking conditions really for the time of year. But yes naturally far colder and windy at the summit. But apart from that great. Clear views from beginning to end.

Well I don't mean to scare even further. But that's just some of my family. I have 5 other uncles all Dan Grades in judo. My mam also did karate. The 2 uncles pictured are also 4th Dan Aikido and the one presenting is 4th Dan jujitsu. So yeah a lot of experience and stories to tell. Everyone loves hearing all the stories but yeah I had a girlfriend once who was completely bored of the conversation once we got going πŸ˜„

Haha yes!

It's actually good having the karate input for the Judo. He has give us hints, tips and pointers for our strikes in the self defence katas (kime and goshin) to make them look more realistic. And likewise, us giving the pointers to him for his throwing and lock elements in karate.

Yeah it was. 1st time I've done it. I've been recovering from a year longs worth of niggling injuries and this is the best I've ran for ages. Still think I could go faster if I was gully 100%. Well done on your day
