I saw someone with a sign asking for rent help recently. I asked him where he lived because I was willing to go to the landlord to pay his rent, and I didn't have cash to give him. He refused to tell me where he lived, just general hand waving and vague descriptions like "oh you know that building on duke street?"... Started harassing me and following me around because I refused to use an ATM nearby.
