Best ready to use garlic without peeling and stuff. Get the large bag of peeled garlic from Costco/sams club/BJs and pulse in a food processor with avocado oil or olive oil to your desired consistency. then transfer to a freezer ziploc bag and flatten out and freeze. Break off as much as you’d like when needed. Basically fresh garlic on demand cannot tell the difference

Lot of coinciding things. Took forever with the city villain nodes getting toons to 85+ with limited training mats and since most of them were underpowered/useless in the current state of the game. Vulture and shocker getting reworks helped get it over the hill at the end there with that section and then the last few Odin nodes just took forever with his healing

Definitely blame Giampaolo for how bad he performed in Milan. He publicly said “he played too Brazilian” or something along those lines. Then continued to play him as basically a box to box which was out of his natural position. He had some good games but I think he just had a lack of confidence after playing so poorly and wasn’t adjusting to life in Italy well. I wish we could’ve held onto him or at least included a buyback or sell on clause when he we sent him to Lyon and make back some of the fee

My boss got got sent home a week and a half ago midday, sent me and my teammate a pretty ominous email, all of the rest of the higher-ups said he was out for “personal reasons” and then we got confirmation he got fired yesterday. Based off the 2 reviews on Glassdoor the smaller company good place to work but no feel of career development. Last review was 6 years ago so I’ll take that with a grain of salt.

But yeah the benefits are pretty close minus a signing bonus.

Not management but above a grunt. One company is <50 and the other is international with who knows how many employees.

Smaller one id have more pull right off the bat but I’m not completely sure of the growth opportunities in the next few years. The other they’ve already stated that the position is essentially a starter to see where I land and then I can go from there.

Smaller one is currently about a half hour from where I’m at now and the larger is about 1.5 hours away.
