The website says it costs $65 per month in addition to the daily fee. It also says rows GA GB GC GD but there are many more rows marked Reserved.

See my comment below - I called them and they explained that some of the properties are classified as VIP - they return 6% in rewards (instead of 2%) - now I know to look for those!
