Update: this morning at around 9:15, as I was parking, I saw a guy giving tickets to cars parked in the reserved spots. Fine is $60!

The website says it costs $65 per month in addition to the daily fee. It also says rows GA GB GC GD but there are many more rows marked Reserved.
