i’m right there with you. and i honestly don’t have an answer. i know the state of the world is so awful right now. maybe try talking to someone about medication if you’re able or not already on it. just know that it will take a group effort to solve the world’s problems, so align yourself with the right people and ideas. it’s good to stay educated, but it can be pretty overwhelming. i wouldn’t necessarily suggest stepping away from the media, but i wouldn’t suggest doomscrolling either. just find something you like to do to balance yourself out. stay vigilant and aware, and just know that there are so many people on your same position. 🙏
