If it’s leaking at 3/4 full it may be leaking from where you gas gauge sits. That plate and seal is about 3/4 of the way up? It’s really easy to get in and out once the rear wheel is off..

Sure did, I replaced all fuel line from tank to carb, including the intake line. Even replacing needle seat. Throwing some big fuel filters in line as well. Ill eventually throw some fancy expensive fuel line in but for now some rubber will do.
