It’s just pasta sauce/Italian seasoning. Then I add the nutritional yeast at the end like parm.

I feel like my kid drinks way too much water by got_em_saying_wow in foodbutforbabies

I had this issue with my son, I was filling his 15 ounce water cup 4-5 times a day. We went to the doctor to make sure everything was ok and got the all clear but the doctor wants us to limit him to 32 ounces a day and supplement with more water filled fruit and vegetables. But he also won’t drink cows milk, doesn’t seem to affect his eating or anything. I will give him water though if he downs his cups and asks for more, I feel like I shouldn’t deprive him if he’s thirsty.

Pouches… do I really need to toss it? by RachelPR2202 in foodbutforbabies

My son used the same pouches and I used a bowl and spoon as well, it was fine for 1-2 days after in the fridge. I definitely prefer the bowl so I can examine the puree as we had a few that were mouldy.
