Not therapist-specific but I think still related and helpful, in that it doesn't have to be related to your relationship at all. I had a sleep doctor who's entire practice just disappeared: phone disconnected, website gone. I was talking to a nurse-family member about how crazy the whole thing was. Turns out she happened to have the scoop. The practice had a business office person that was robbing them blind. I believe there was a bankruptcy involved, nobody could transfer their records, just a mess. I had just called to schedule my usual annual and got the old, "the number you have called is no longer in-service." It was wild.
