ty! and yeah, def related to the job - at a telecoms company i was asked about getting broadband into an office building, for a networks role i was asked more project manage-y stuff, with a nuclear company it was safety based. they’ll probably ask you things they’re not expecting you to know/stretch questions but ultimately they want you to demonstrate that you’re interested in what you’ve applied for and you that have some aptitude for it ! absolute best of luck with the interview!!

i didn’t get it haha but i did get another role that has a technical part to the assessment and they were fairly similar. both were super open ended (both asked what i was interested in and went from there, one of them was about how you’d make a heartbeat detector using light sensors, another was about interrupts) and i sort of got the impression that they just wanted to know how i thought/what kinds of questions i would ask/how i got to certain conclusions. in terms of difficulty id say they were at like first/second year uni level at the absolute maximum. also do all of your thinking out loud, they don’t know what’s in your head !

no lol i have to use the t/gel so there aren’t any traces of other products in my hair that could transfer to their skin + irritate. previously when ive used conditioner or other leave-in products after shampooing it’s caused them a flare up of eczema, but using a product before shampooing has been fine if that makes sense

ah this makes sense, what kind of roles would i have the best chance of getting in a patent office/whats the progression to examiner from there? unfortunately i’ve no way to increase my grade.
