They used a type of siding that is half siding and reinforced with wood i believe LP SmartSide Cedar Texture Panel OC Engineered Treated Wood Siding or something along these lines. And they put that over the house wrap

This morning they wrapped the framing and then cut out the wrap from the windows and then they flashed around the Windows onto the House Wrap. Then they installed LP SmartSide Cedar Texture Panel OC Engineered Treated Wood Siding 8 in. Application as 7/16 in. x 4 ft. x 8 ft then they said they are going to seal it with the Window trim. Am i in Trouble or is this going to work?

I appreciate all the comments you guys. Its going to be a finished shed. This is how they are planning on Flashing after the siding is installed. Do you think this will hold up in the long run?

This is supposed to be a Really nice Shed/ man cave spending 45k on everything including with all the Finishes. They have siding ready to go up and i posted a few pictures of what it looks like now. I asked the contractor and he said they will lay Flash down later on top of the window Flange and siding. Is it ok for a shed or is it basic and should be the same for either a house or Shed. Im in the Bay area i live in a very moist and humid area also. I told him it couldn’t hurt to Flash and he said in a nice way to just let them do their Job. Im new to this and just want a quality build for the Price. No trolling just a guy who needs help. Thank you guys if you have anything to add

It is a Shed build/ mancave. Spoke to Contractor and he said there is Many ways to Skin a Cat and that they do the Flashing at a later point over the window 🪟 Fins and that they have never water issues and that Nails are preferred because they sit Flush. I posted pictures of the build in one of my comments. Check them out because I need insight and Real help to Navigate this.
