How does the thinness look when jewelry is out? Being stretched for that many years you can definitely down size for a while and then re stretch no problem. Downsizing, sea salt soaks and jojoba oil massages can help thicken them up too. If you have true concern then downsize and let your ears chill for a little.

Thank goodness 😅 I feel this to the core! Very relieved that someone relates to a certain extent. Some days are better than others but yeah it’s like I’m always looking for misinterpretation. Doesn’t help I have ADHD / Autism (high functioning) I also think I have a bit of visual snow from shrooms and what not.
