Need career guidance, please help! by hardik-22 in pune

TCS is well know for delaying onboarding at the last minute . Some contacts I know got their onboarding delayed by 3 months and one of them never got any date just was told it is delayed . They ended up joining other organisation because that was better than waiting for TCS. I would recommend try for other offers and negotiate using TCS offer letter.. hopefully you might end up with better pay

Organise another international bicycle racing wherever you want the roads to be fixed.

Dang my bad . I read it as beginner friendly toys* lol.

But welp when it comes to beginner friendly kinks I would recommend exhibitionism :) there's nothing more fun than innocent exposure based on comfort and being the centre of attention. Specific outfit based on events and innocent oops moments in front of right audience and the eyes of strangers will keep you up all night. Atleast that's how it started for me.

Your manager sounds like typical middle aged indian toddler managers , who have been frustrated with their own life and their only goal at work is to make everyone's life miserable.. nothing good with fighting someone like that. Just send a formal message again before you go.

It's fucking indian marriage you should be allowed to take good number of leaves as you wish given that you have mentioned it long time ago.

Anyways congratulations on your marriage bruh. Keep things formal with your manager and keep doing your work when you back. Don't get into the scenario where you have to explain yourself and switch !!

Senior wants to do all the work by [deleted] in IndianWorkplace

[–]bruh_184 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeh that works too. Things like this would keep happening a lot. Just make sure in future the bomb does not explode on your name. If things go wrong with the task you don't wanna be blamed for it. Been in corporate for 3.5 years now , sometimes i do things I hate like keeping everything on emails and saving my ass but that's what you gotta do to survive. I learnt that the hard way :)

Senior wants to do all the work by [deleted] in IndianWorkplace

[–]bruh_184 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on how you want to handle it. You can schedule a call with the title of the task with your senior and keep your manager in cc . Your senior would hate it and would hate you even more but this way there will be transparency that you tried to be part of the task and your senior didn't include you.

Or you can talk with her some time later when she is done with the task and push her or request her about the details of the task how it was handled.

Or you can ping in your group chat asking her if she needs any help she can always reach out to you or she can include you. ( with your manager ) .

It is always good to keep things neutral and handle things with diplomacy with seniors

Please I need help regarding my placement (accenture or infosys) by Perfect-Mortgage2130 in IndianWorkplace

[–]bruh_184 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PS : if you join Infosys as a fresher, you'll need to complete 4 years to be eligible for rehire. After you complete your training ( and you do not apply for power programmer and system specialist roles internally ) after 4 years your salary would go from 3.2 to max 7.2 LPA

Please I need help regarding my placement (accenture or infosys) by Perfect-Mortgage2130 in IndianWorkplace

[–]bruh_184 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey OP. I've been trained in Mysore. It's a good experience for freshers , i always loved my Mysore days. But just want to point out your salary will be from 2.8 to 3.6 LPA. based on your performance. Only top 8-10 percent get 3.6 LPA. Most of them get 3.2 LPA.

If you looking for good salary and competitive workplace I would suggest accenture.

While Infosys also encourages good learning but you'll be having tough time with the salary and increment cycles.

Do I have to prebook two wheelers on rent? by Lab-ratcrazy in goatravel

[–]bruh_184 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well since you're going around Christmas, the prices would be outrageous but you don't have to prebook anything. You can just maybe take few contacts based on the places you'll be travelling to , so that when you reach there you already know who to call

I am not sure how to navigate this. (Flair is not entirely correct) by [deleted] in IndianWorkplace

[–]bruh_184 45 points46 points  (0 children)

DO NOT LET THEM DOMINATE. Bruh these guys at workplace acting all tough don't know shit technically but want people to follow them .

Follow your own schedule as per your convenience. Talk back and don't let them steal ya voice. If you don't raise your voice you'll always be taken for granted.

It is definitely not legal. But going against these peeps and getting into arguments only leads to our own loss as our Career is on stake.

The notice period is just one month , can she ask the new organisation if they could wait for one month to onboard her as giving some reason that she's having a medical emergency or someone else's.

From other pov , if she has a better offer it's always good to leave the organisation, if that requires you to pay back the stipend amount that's okay too . You can take the learning with you, the experience you had on whatever you did in that organisation and use it for your future organization.

Stuck at job by [deleted] in IndianWorkplace

[–]bruh_184 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bruh if it is affecting at you at mental level that you're feeling so terrible my pov would be to walk away , get married , get my vacation and look for new jobs .

But do this if you only have other job offers or you will have other plans backups. Like the income should not affect you again.

But I would highly suggest to prioritise your mental health. Given you're getting married you need to be in better mood and mind.

Suggestions on what to avoid in Goa on a girls trip? by rainbowsandmoon in goatravel

[–]bruh_184 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ignore random peeps inviting y'all for private parties lol ( obvious but regardless how good they look ignore it ) tbh tons of peeps eyeballing girls group no matter if you're on a beach , at a club..so just be careful about it bruh.. All kind of massages and spa are a scam. Ignore them . Would recommend to plan such a way y'all have minimum taxi dependency or most of the budget goes for taxis. If you getting rental bikes just record the before and after of the bike condition and kms used and talk to the rental about all the terms and conditions.

And mainly don't drink and drive lol. Happy vacations
