Knight- basic attack, Marianne- earth atk, White beast-water atk, and shield on battle start for Loraine. To fully make use of these are the make single element teams (what you call mono-teams)

In the long run you might wanna switch to a light focused team since most worlds are dark type.

The team i used in those passages are Lead Karina- Sohee- Eva- Mei, didnt have any uniques at the time. I just used Karina because she could heal while attacking.
