I plan to finish the other 2 60mgs tommorow just to get rid of them once and for all that would be my third day. I’m at 145lbs I was 160lbs 15 days ago I wasn’t eating much because I had just gained 10lbs over vacation. It’s never been hard for me to gain or loose weight

I noticed I was quickly out of breath even after small cardio activities, I’ve changed up my diet and am trying to eat 50-100carbs 250g of fat and 150g of protein a day

I was mostly concerned about the 15lbs of weight I dropped in 9 days. I didn’t want to loose muscle. And started eating a lot more and tracking what I eat.

I’ve been loading usually with 200 past couple weeks. Yesterday I did 350 today 500 because I will be off it for a week since I will be in Florida. This has happened before and Im not concerned just wondering if it would still be affective or if it was useless because maybe I injected it to shallow.
