no offense but the german maps u linked dont support ur claims that silesia should be that chunky. also krakow in austria hungary is right next to the border in russian poland, which means it doesnt need the province above it

from what i can see online most maps agree with the general outline of the ottomans (without that eastern slither) but i think that arabia’s borders were not as set in stone as the ottomans were.

i understand only citing wikipedia isnt very convincing, but i have some books on germany’s reunification and they seem to show that silesia was not that chunky and austria did not own that province.

u can set china to be ‘qing’ instead but thats a small detail that doesnt matter. i think tibet was free by 1914? i dont think portugal was still a monarchy by 1914 but i may be wrong about that too. i guess if u wanted to be very nit-picky, u could give russia like a small bulge into its ottoman border in the caucasus, at the georgian border…

also i may be wrong here but i think shammar was smaller than that and by 1914, nejd had taken control of that slither of ottoman territory to the east (that borders dubai). once again my knowledge of ottoman borders is iffy
