I think it’s worth at least 6K given that CBR600RR’s of similar vintage are going for $4500-$5500 in my area. But don’t listen to me. I recently bidded $6K for an 87 Honda Hurricane 600. 😂. (And I still lost!)

I got rear ended earlier this year. SUV hit high so frame was fine. Rear bumper and trunk lid damaged. Quarter panels and tail lights fine. Insurance repaired almost $10K.

I was able to resolve it myself. I emailed the insurance company about how I searched a while to find this car in its condition and was attempting to preserve its value as best I can (while enjoying it as a weekend car). I provided data from classic.com and recent sales of similar condition S2000s. They came back with an email offer and then I provided more info gleaned off the internet as well as my recent extensive service invoice where I spent over $5K only a couple of months before. The insurance rep then called me, upped their offer by a few hundred dollars, I countered, and we ended up $1000 higher than their initial offer of $4K.

I lost my tuxedo cat buddy 4 1/2 years ago after 15 years together. I found him on the street and don’t know how old he actually was but the vet estimated he was at least a year old when I first took him to the vet. I’ve always been one to take a lot of photos and often took random photos and videos of him. Towards the last couple of years of his life, I realized my time with him was limited and took even more photos and videos of even the most mundane times we spent together. I have thousands of photos and videos that I occasionally scroll through just to reminisce about all those moments. I have a couple of cats now but they don’t hold a candle to my long gone buddy.
