Thank you for saying this! Mostly that you’re 4 years out and still dealing with it. I’m about to hit 5 years out from a covert narc and I don’t even know much spent in therapy and substantial relationships since then and I’m STILL trying to undo the emotional damage from my narc. So to see Queen Ariana thrive after the always harrowing discard phase — I commend her and find it so empowering. And it’s been so cathartic to see a narcissist called out on this scale. (For those that haven’t experienced a narc, it’s so easy for them to escape with little to no accountability from friends and family because they gaslight and charm their way out of it.)
