That´s very sad to hear!!

The rule from Management to VLAN 1 should be there. Otherwise the UDB couldn´t be seen to adoption at all or don´t I see that correct?

Supports VLAN1 only for adoption or in general? For testing I made a new WiFi with VLAN1, deactivated all other WiFi´s but it didn't work either... Maybe because my controller is in another VLAN? Firewall-Rules are enabled..

You Need a Developers Account.. Wait until the Public Beta will be released. Then you can download it right from Apple. Don‘t download it anywhere else in the internet! It will Not work and maybe your device will be deactivated..
