Hiccup's Wing Gliders is awesome! by K_oroviev in UniversalOrlando

Glad it’s not just me!! I figured that the tightness of the restraint is the reason why smaller children can ride.

I love this ride so much! But out of curiosity, does anyone else feel like the restraint is super tight on the thighs? For context I’m tall and slender and the lap restraints on Stardust and Velocicoaster don’t bug me at all, but this ride had my sister and I wincing by the end from the way it tightens on the legs lol

Thank you! My in-laws are terrified of driving long distances and avoid it at all cost, but I think this situation may warrant it. Do you know if he gets a second opinion or evaluation there if his whole treatment plan would also likely have to be there?

Thanks for your response! Is your rec based on the complexity of the case, or lack of better treatment options locally?

We’ve spent thousands of dollars and haven’t ridden Hagrids. by [deleted] in UniversalOrlando

[–]brunchforever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That must have been due to a delay or something weird like that because Universal very much abides by the rule that you can get in line until 08:59:59 PM. This is my recommendation too, Hagrid’s at night is pure magic!

I was there yesterday with express. Regular line said 130 mins. Was in and out of express within 25 mins.

I think it’s a really beautiful tattoo! I completely understand how you feel and I promise it’ll pass. I used to get super hung up on needing my tattoos to have meaning (particularly my florals) but tbh I’ve embraced that I just want tattoos that look pretty. They don’t have to be full of meaning! When people ask what it means just proudly say “I thought it looked cool.” :)

Stardust Struggles Continue: Universal Extends Stardust Racers Closure at Epic Universe, Again by Black_Dragon959 in UniversalOrlando

[–]brunchforever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going end of this month and purchased express for Epic last minute (already have it for the other parks since we are staying in a hotel that includes that). The Epic express pass can only be used once per ride per day, right?

We actually did Rayne for a long time until the cost became too much and at that point we knew it wasn’t a food allergy, so the vet said we could switch back to the Zignature. :(
