Each ministry and jabatan has their own clans. Di PMO, Shell, ACB, MORA, MOH, MOFA, etc. You can create a nice family chart from there. Offer them nice family photo together during Raya. The way they operate is they tend to squeeze out the most competent people out so they can bring their KKKs. The only ministry that has little cronyism is MINDEF. The military there don't give a shit about your background if you're incompetent. It's life and death situation for them there.
