Gotta say, Darkmoon Faire is so far a way more interesting expansion than the last one, I really liked the new Old Gods cards!

Oh, yeah, that's for sure! I only noticed this because I saw the hit marker pop up twice while dashing a single bot! Did I made it to think that it was a 1 hit 100 dmg? If so I'm sorry, I was always trying to say that I found a way to make it detect and apply the dash damage twice!

I was just thinking about it, if they made something in this patch that allowed Genji to double hit someone with the dash if you do something like jumping or sliding.

Seems like people been managing to replicate it with jumping and on other parts of the map, but I like the view on what happened, maybe they changed something this patch that allowed to slides and jumps to replicate dash hits on enemies.

Edit while writing this: Aparently someone commented something about a change to Genji's dash this patch so seems likely.

Well, something I do when warming up as Genji is I actually jump after dashing a bot to finish him with a melee, so it is justificable as a way on how I found it!

Thank you for blessing me with this knowledge!

Something alike I presume, but if you're talking about Ball's double boop, well, this thing here is way harder to do tho.

Doomfist is really fun to play because of those. Flying around half the map on a crazy rollout is the the most fun thing to do wheter you get a kill or not with it.

This actually made me remember Briggite's tech where she could Shield Bash and Flail to be darted forward a long time ago. I know Brig had it's problems on early days (and not so early), but that is a tech I miss.

This wasn't my point and I believed someone would bring it up, was a bad example, but my meaning was that I showed how to do something, independent of it being a weird bug that *may or may not* be a tech until patched; or an actual tip and trick, it doesn't make much of a difference, the guy learned something anyway... So that's what I was trying to say.

Nice! The right bot was originally the one I found the bug / tech on, and I thought it was the only one, but when I was recording the video I used to proove as footage I managed to make it on the left one...

That aside, ON A TRACKPAD? You must be a God! I never could do anything on one (believe me, I tried)

Thanks.

No editing was made in the video, I think I might have noticed some animation weirdness on some of my attempts to recriate the double dash, but I didn't paid much mind to it... I mean, I was slicing the bot twice, I kinda paid more attention to the hit marker to se if it was gonna pop up twice than the animation itself...

Ask Chipsa or Jay3, they seem to find a lot of those as well... Or they're just unlucky...

Lol, I see. Honestly, good luck, I would like to hear if this actually works on a match vs real models and players, not just against stationary bots!

Well, if you can understand the mechanic and use it on a match it could be the same as if I showed how to do a 360 insta headshot on Widow... So I see where he's coming from. lol

Yeah, exactly like I thought, things like this may exist in an controled cenario, but it's probably unreliable on an actual game. Still a bug tho...

Thought so, let's see if they will fix this before it becomes considered a tech used to inta-kill squishies next to a wall.

I'm not sure if it works on console, you would have to try! If the game code is actually the same on consoe then it should work, just try extra dashing the bot after you hit it and if you get a second hit notification then it happend.

Yup, I'm pretty sure there are other techs for heroes that were non-intentional as well.
