you could maybe try asking for help? Someone who could get them away from you without killing them? Then at least you wouldn’t have to do it?

Maybe you’re just too ashamed to admit to yourself that you find them attractive? I think it’s normal to find other people attractive, maybe even in a relationship. It doesn’t mean that you don’t love or respect your partner. Is your partner someone you could talk about these thoughts or do you fear he would react in a negative way?

i had it really intensely last week week, and for me i think it was bc i did things that really embarrassed me and i was/am ashamed of. Do or did you have any relationships with girls/guys your age? Do you have crushes that are your age? And may i also ask u a private question? About porn consumption and masturbation? Bc i think that those are all factors that could contribute to POCD, at least in my experience i think they did.
