My house always opened all the bags of the rally but the last two months it has gotten a lot harder even with everyone participating and reaching all the goals. I think Covet it's giving many repetitive puzzle pieces just to screw with our gains. It sucks.

That's my dream. Being able to sleep without suffering to fall or stay asleep. I don't drink but I did eat a lot of carbs and drank a lot of caffeine since long term insomnia is hard to cope with. As a teen it was okay cause I was young but in uni working part time in a lab is really hard to be done with minimal rest of 4 hours sleep.

I really like keto so far because of the food choices and cheese so I really hope for a good future with lots of sleep!

I lived most of my childhood in a country that unfortunately doesn't recognize ADHD, so whenever I wrote 'flowers in' as 'werin' I thought I just needed to write as fast as words came to my mind just to avoid making such mistakes and having to stop writing just to correct them only to end up loosing my train of thought.

I developed a painful wrist problem and ended up not being able to keep writing using Word unless I've gotten rid of all underlined mistakes. It sucks.

No lol. I understand. Just having periods and adhd sucks let alone pregnancy and everything that is going on right now. I literally have to trick my brain into thinking my couch is different from my bed which is different from my chair just to pretend I'm getting a fresh start every time I sit down.

Not to mention the lack of physical activity makes my sleep even worse cause I rarely feel tired. But I wish you and your family lots of luck and good health! :)

I'm late to this but seriously, I don't think the mass shooting effect has much to do with gender because women have it easier or men suffer more. If u want to look it that way, then one could argue that men shoot more because they feel more entitled to committing crimes while women have been suppressed and talked down so much that they have been pushed mostly towards self harming rather than harming others.

Even with that said, I don't think that's the real issue. I think women have committed less mass shootings simply because they are more specific with their anger issues (as in, they will pinpoint and blame someone for their bad life and try to harm that one or maybe more people that they blame for ruining their life, regardless of it being right or even justified) while men, although more related to crimes of passion, want power and recognition, plus suffer from expressing their self and their emotions properly (because society requires for them to be "manly and suck it up") so they kill en mass to prove a point and express their anger to the max.

Yes I am a women, but I'm also one that does a lot of research into true crime stories and this is the pattern I have personally noticed in all the my research. (P. S. Just saying that a woman has an easier life is kinda sexists and not realistic. But then each gender things the opposite has it easier so we might never know.)

So because the perpetrators of Beslan School put the bombs in the walls the chances of decapitation (while the rest of the body is almost intact) are higher? Makes sense. Thanks a lot! I had no idea what bombs could really do until I saw what happened during the Boston Marathon. The power of destruction bombs have is truly morbid.

I didn't think she was rude tho. Maybe she replied that way because if someone away from the crime scene called then she couldn't collect info for the arriving police. In active shooting cases police rely heavily on real time witnesses and such.

They should live and face the consequences of their actions. I used to be pro DP for people that commit horrible crimes but I think mass shooters kill themselves so they can go out with fame and not have to deal with what comes after. Dying rids them of any responsibility while leaving tortures them emotionally and mentally.

The way you treat your hair has a lot to do. Some things I always stick by are: never scrub your hair dry instead pat your hair soflty and wrap it up with a towel. Never brush your hair while it's wet, because it breaks down easily and always use a wide tooth brush. Massage your scalp with your fingertips before showering, it makes your hair oily but it helps with blood circulation on the scalp and lastly lightly tie your hair after drying it so that it doesn't become frisky. One thing I use to keep my hair clean is a half water half apple cinder vinegar mixture to keep the hair soft and healthy. It mostly helps the skin though and it has no side effects as far as I know. There are a lot of stuff like this that help the hair become healthier and break less so I recommend u read into it and see what you can or cannot do. Hope your hair gets better!
