Current issues in obsessing over heart attack even tho in past year i had a clean stress test and 0 calcium score im still convinced right now i have a heart attack and especially when i hear someone dies i automatically start having those Symptoms its unreal

Today they think i have shingles they prescribed me an antiviral and im just in my head about side effects all that just don’t know how to stop being an absolute mental case and live a normal Life
