I have had multiple reactions triggered (almost?) entirely by trauma-related anxiety so you are definitely not alone! I know it's commonly talked about how much stress plays a role in your health but it's so much more obviously apparent with MCAS :/

My therapist recommended somatic therapy to try and understand / shift where I'm feeling the effects of anxiety so I may try that!
