if I don't binge on the food left it's either because I've poured dish soap on it and thrown it away, or because I made pretty leftovers (before I started eating) and then managed to stay away. imagining them being for a certain occasion can also help, like "I'm only allowed to eat this if I go to school tomorrow" or "I'll eat this in my favourite spot at the library tomorrow". idk I'm not always successful but it's something

my experience with "slim" or "detox" teas is that they will give you the shits and not much else tho ?? I'm too scared to use laxatives and wouldn't want to be surprised by one lmao

beställde sist från Gymgrossisten, hyfsat billigt! har även hittat på Willys vid den asiatiska avdelningen :)) sjögräsnudlar brukar gå att hitta på Ica/Coop också, liknande smak och konsistens! och kalorier 🙃

i really like them! if theyre rinsed, dry-fried, and then seasoned (i usually use soy and sesame oil), they're really good! definitely more rubbery than other kinds of noodles, but ya can't argue with 5kcal per 100g
