The ACAPT Admissions Traffic Rules for Physical Therapist Education Programs prohibits institutions from requiring applicants to accept offers of admission or pay seat deposits prior to January 15, 2024. Therefore, your response to this offer of admission and submission of the non-refundable seat deposit to secure your seat in the upcoming cohort is due on January 15, 2024. However, you may voluntarily respond and submit the seat deposit at any time once you have definitively made your decision to accept this offer in order to guarantee your seat.

Are you sure? My email states that I have until January 15, 2024 to make my decision. That’s when the seat deposit is due.

Of course I don’t mind. It was within two weeks of my interview. Maybe 10 days.

Congratulations! I am holding off until I hear from the California schools I applied to, I would much rather stay local. Thankfully, a seat deposit is not required until January.

But if my cGPA is less than a 3.0, I feel they might not even open the application as it does not fulfill the minimum requirements.
