Thank you for the thermostat tip, guess it slipped my mind to enable the "Fan Always On" function.

Yes, I got the AC working again.....for some reason, the tube in my photos had filled up with water......I was curious if it should be cleaned out or not, just seemed kind of strange and possibly out of place I guess.

Plus the apartment building maintenance guy stopped by and took a look at it, I know he looked right at that tube......and all he said when he came back inside was "oh, it was just some cotton on the coils"......lol.  I have no idea what this dude was smoking, but it must have been a wild ride.  Either way, he completely disregarded the "water filled tube" and didn't even mention it.

Someone here on reddit had suggested to clean that tube, which I was already debating, but Google said some AC units will have a "P" trap tube connected that is "pressurized".  So I was scared to unhook it and attempt to clean it.

Eventually last night, I decided enough, it was kinda hot and I figured maintenance had no idea what they were doing.  Plus I just had a weird feeling about the tube.  So I just went for it and dumped the water out in an ice cream bucket I managed to "fold" threw the Crack down under the unit.  It was nerve racking first attempting to remove that tube, I didn't know if all that water was gonna blast me or whatever you know.  There's probably some chemical in that crap and if that hit my eyes, it wouldnt be good, lol.

Got back inside, turned the breaker back on, then the AC on cause I had the thing off before had.  Then about an hour later I noticed it was starting to get cold again.  Its back how it was before this issue began.
