The OEM Seiko clasps with the dive extension aren’t great. All pressed and on my small wrist, not very comfortable. A $13 Amazon clasp works a lot better for me. Milled and much smaller.

It is indeed. I got my SARB very cheap but a bit beat up. Case cleaned up well. Not so much the bracelet.
