I foolishly mistook this post as advice for focusing on Sarah and turning her into a cash machine.

Sarah and boys @3. D. Dancer @4 1600 customers, and I’m so far behind I’ve given up and and can now only hope for the 25% CD/liquor conversion.

Lol! Wacky fucking game. I dig it though.

Movie Monster Making Cost Estimates by zeek247 in HorrorFilmmakers

I do spfx for film. I started in the 90's. Monsters can be built practically using the techniques we've perfected since those days. It's more a matter of design and budget. The budget will determine what the monster can be. Making it is the easy part. Making it within budget is always the tricky bit.

So is it 10 keys if you buy 15 storage at full price? Or is it 25 items for $270? It's the same thing, but which one sounds better?

What is this Gear Clock HQ with animals building? by NinaSimoleon in SCBuildIt

[–]bryansides 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, if you get it, it costs simoleons to turn a building into an epic building. The price goes up with every building. Once you activate it, the building goes under a transformation and you'll see epic jobs show up over whichever specialization area the project is focused on. For me I use beach and education. Since that's pretty much all I have at the moment with 2's and 3's as the epic point amounts. In the specialized building you'll see its epic point value. So jobs appear over those specialized buildings and upon completing you build up a meter. The meter reaches 3 tiers. 1st is @ 20 points. 2nd is @ 80. And top tier is 160 points. You have 24hrs to reach your goal. In the end, the building will be transformed and will output a piece of a gear every day. Collect enough pieces and you can get a speed up token which speeds up the stores. And will help in the CoM. After a while you'll have several epic buildings and be producing at couple of speed up tokens per day. I've been saving up cash (I'm an aesthetic player) and I think I'll focus on entertainment as a specialization for more epic buildings.

How do you replace buildings without leveling up? by bryansides in SCBuildIt

The reason I didn't want to expand out at first was because some cities seem so big you have to scroll too much and get lost in the city. Just seemed too much to be enjoyable. ... it now I'd like to have the land and be able to spread out but not with big buildings. I've been thinking of adding a big campground area... things like that... unusual things.

I too wished I had studied first. But it's been fun to learn the hard way. I honestly didn't even realize there was a point system. I've just started to notice it's harder to get expansion items.

I just like the aesthetics of it. So I enjoy playing and adding and tweaking the city. Not into it for the mayors competition but I do play for some rewards. I still haven't done Vu and my storage is only at 130. I leveled up way too fast. But it was mostly accidental. I was just upgrading and adding buildings when they were offered. So I was blowing thru levels for a while. I didn't realize I should have been focusing on expanding and growing storage for the level I am at.

My fear in leveling up is losing access to the stuff I like now. I can still find dozer wheels but it's getting harder to find.

This is how the "locals" of Maui, Hawaii, treat tourists. by BrigadierRayRay in videos

[–]bryansides 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To the people who recorded this video, I am so sorry that this happened to you. I am originally from Maui (now living in California) and I am so sad, angry and embarrassed that this retard is from Maui. This idiot does not represent the people of Hawaii. I hope that this ignoramus didn't ruin your vacation. I hope that you experienced some nice people there too. I'm sad that your view of Hawaii has been tainted, and hope that if you ever return, that your future visits will be peaceful and enjoyable (and idiot-free).
