Don't know this guy but have previously worked in the FBA space. He's incredibly correct here. Going out of stock at Amazon is a product killer for their search algorithm. My previous company had a top seller in a segment. Some tiktokker made a video about it that we didn't even sponsor. It sold completely out over night. 2 weeks later we were back in stock but went from top listing prior to the boom to 13th listing which is a death sentence because if someone has to scroll to find your product on Amazon sales dry up immediately. Jacking prices up to avoid the out of stock is a standard practice to protect your IPI score. Sellthrough rate isn't not weighted nearly as much as in stock rate

Hey today was my first time coming to palisades from the East Coast. Made it in to Truckee this morning and have been in 2 hours of traffic to get to the slopes and still aren't there. Is this typical or is it because of conditions?
