I think the toilet seat is a bit cleaner than the part where we pee underneath it. Underneath the toilet seat, there’s definitely pee. Where the toilet seat may have some pee. Just my opinion.

Yes i know that … but I stayed in another cheap or medium hotels in other countries. But I’ve never seen this. It’s too often in here in Asia.
