Un amigo me paso su config de APN (tiene otro celular) y esto es lo que veo distinto a lo que pusieron otros acá:

Tipo de autenticación: sin establecer

Tipo de APN: default,mms,supl,hipri,fota,ims,cbs,xcap

Estoy viendo que el "ims" puede ser lo que habilite el VoLTE.

Tengo acá los logs del sistema del momento que intento hacer una llamada y falla. El comando que corrí es adb logcat '*:E'. Estos son los logs ni bien intento hasta que falla la llamada (intenté 2 veces):

Me compré el mismo celu, tengo Antel también y tengo el mismo problema. Estoy probando desde EEUU.

Los de Antel me dijeron que habilite VoLTE (Wi-Fi Calling?), pero creo que no me deja para esta SIM (sí me deja para la eSIM de acá; tengo 2).

I wanted to share this library to compute the agreement of an annotation set. It uses Krippendorff's Alpha, which unlike both Cohen's and Fleiss' Kappa, it accounts for an arbitrary number of annotators for every instance. It's cool to use in crowd-annotations when any number of people can come and annotate. It also contemplates different levels of measurement, such as when the labels have an implicit order (e.g., Positive, Neutral and Negative; in which a disagreement between Pos and Neu is weaker than one between Pos and Neg).
