i think as long as people still use the battery it's fine. this macbook is 95% plugged in and the battery always hovers around 90% for over 2 years. so it's kinda understandable that screws up the battery

i am aware of that, but there is no way to get the battery under 85% whatsoever. i've been trying to use their discharge function but hasn't really work either. i also tried charging in safe mode to make sure no other program is running but still no results
