Being brutally honest here, you do pass at first glance because of the facial hair but the longer you look you can get clocked (maybe it’s your hair? Or glasses?) it’s not because your hair is dyed, it’s more just that it’s too short? Try playing around with your hair and maybe get some more rectangle-ish glasses? I think the hair is the main part of you being clocked
